I have been participating in TM for almost 6 month now. I have noticed feeling more relaxed and less reactive to stressful situation. I feel able to resolve current issues more clearly and anticipate and react better to future events. I am sleeping better and eating less. My coffee consumption has reduced and my IBS has considerably improved. I no longer get headaches and my Memory, focus and concentration have also improved. I heard of TM 20 years ago and with the information I know now can see how it would have been a very positive addition to my life. I can only see me continuing to learn and grow from this experience.

Michael is a great instructor of TM and very passionate about it. TM is easily picked up and does not require any difficult tasks etc. I recommend it as a way of life. My practice has dropped off the last few months and I have now recognised the need to continue.

Personalised instruction

The TM Course takes place over four consecutive days.

Days 2, 3, and 4 can be conducted in-person in a small group session at the TM Centre, or at home with our interactive digital content and live video meetings.
Our focus is to make the TM technique available to everyone, including at-risk populations throughout Australia.
Maharishi Foundation Australia, a registered not-for-profit charity, teaches the TM technique in Australia, as does our sister not-for-profit organisation, GMDO Ltd.
The TM course fee helps cover the operating costs of our national network of 40 TM Centres/locations and the national offices that serve them to provide TM Courses and free lifetime follow-up support for meditators.
