I did the TM course with Wendy 2 weeks ago. I found Wendy to be knowledge able, very warm and inviting. I have been practicing what she excellently taught. I have found the little changes that TM brings to have a larger impact than I was expecting or could have hoped for. I have recently completed TM lessons with Wendy and have loved it. I felt an effect from the first session and that has continued to grow. Wendy's technique was very clear and well thought out, as well as gentle and supporting. My partner has just finished her lessons with Wendy too, and we will be taking our 7 year old too. I highly recommend transcendental meditation for those of you who wants to invest money into self-development. I completed the TM course with Wendy 1 month ago. It was a wonderfully relaxing and calming week. I have enjoyed how easy the meditation is to learn and to practice. I enjoy the calm, peaceful moments it brings to my day. The time that I now make for myself to recharge and regroup. It is an exciting new journey and Wendy is an excellent teacher, with a beautiful nature.

Personalised instruction
The TM technique is not a “one size fits all’. It’s taught one-on-one and is carefully personalised for you.
The TM Course takes place over four consecutive days.
Day 1 is through personal instruction.
Days 2, 3, and 4 can be conducted in-person in a small group session at the TM Centre, or at home with our interactive digital content and live video meetings.
Our focus is to make the TM technique available to everyone, including at-risk populations throughout Australia.
Maharishi Foundation Australia, a registered not-for-profit charity, teaches the TM technique in Australia, as does our sister not-for-profit organisation, GMDO Ltd.
The TM course fee helps cover the operating costs of our national network of 40 TM Centres/locations and the national offices that serve them to provide TM Courses and free lifetime follow-up support for meditators.
