The co-executive director of Australia’s Transcendental Meditation® organisation, Mustafa Nuristani, has launched a brand new podcast aptly named Stillness in Success

The launch event, which had standing room only, took place at the beautiful heritage building in Melbourne’s Kathleen Syme Library, and via Zoom from across the world.

“It was so inspiring to see the support and enthusiasm of so many wonderful people at the launch,” said Mustafa Nuristani, host of the podcast.

Mr Nuristani also spoke about his inspiration for creating the podcast.

“Every week I meet incredible people who learn the Transcendental Meditation® technique and their experiences are so inspiring,” Mr Nuristani said.

“I wanted to create this podcast to share these stories, which can give some positivity, love and hope to our communities.

“The world is going through a lot of turmoil, and we need some calm and inner connectedness to deal with the outer turbulence,” he said.

“When people learn Transcendental Meditation, life makes more sense. They feel more connected with their inner happiness. And hearing their stories has been a source of great joy for me.

“I wanted to share these stories so everyone can see that life is more than stress. Life does not have to be anxiety. We can and should enjoy life.”

“It’s important that we contribute to the world’s stresses by tapping into our own inner silence, inner strength to spread that everywhere,” Mr Nuristani said.

The podcast launch featured exciting prize giveaways for attendees and an additional prize for those who generated the most buzz on social media.

The first prize was a $1000 business coaching session with Gorgeous Le. Winners also took home exclusive Maharishi Ayurveda hampers, kindly donated by Maharishi Ayurveda Australia

Other prizes included Holy Sanity beauty products by Australia’s own vegan, natural cosmetics company. A three-day self-defence workshop with world champion Maseh Nuristani.

A message and body scrub session by GLC Wellness. A Personal Ayurvedic Consultation with Dr Rani Samant. An online Maharishi Vastu Course with Australia’s own Maharishi Vastu Architect consultant, Claire Molyneux. A personal Maharishi Yoga Asana session with Dr Richard Aldous, and a $100 gift voucher from Melbourne women’s fashion label Coquette.

The guests also enjoyed delicious food, which was donated by many generous sponsors, including MM Platters & More, spearheaded by Moranda & Martina, Safari Kenya restaurant, Sweet Magic Indian sweets, and Kumo Izakaya. We would also like to thank many kind and generous individuals who brought delicious desserts.

“I had so much fun at the launch. And cannot wait to listen to the whole podcast.” Kalpana Singh, who was at the Melbourne launch, said.

Mr Nuristani thanked his “star team” members.

“I am deeply grateful for the incredible support of my talented team who worked hard to put this event together,” said Mr Nuristani.

“There is so much work behind the scenes that makes a great event successful, and it’s all thanks to the dedicated and devoted kind souls in my life.”
