“I was 14 when we migrated from Afghanistan to Australia in 1999, and have always had the desire to contribute to the Australian community in a positive way,” he said.
“Learning the Transcendental Meditation technique changed my life. It gave me peace, happiness, clarity and fulfilment,” he said.
“The trauma of rockets and bomb blasts in Afghanistan is now a distant memory after having practised TM since 2010.
“My vision is to bring this simple and effortless meditation technique to the next generation of Australians and allow them to reach their full potential and live a life of happiness and success free from stress and anxiety.”
The Transcendental Meditation technique was brought to the West by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the late 1950s, and has been taught in Australia for more than 60 years.
