The regular practice of the TM technique produces a healthier brain.

Neuroscientists have found that the brain produces high-power alpha waves during TM practice. This distinct brain pattern corresponds to the state of relaxed inner wakefulness—serenity, expansion and bliss. The brain’s executive judgement seat is strengthened when the alpha waves synchronise.
