WHAT IS TM?
TM is a simple, natural, effortless technique practiced for 20 minutes while sitting comfortably. It allows your mind to settle inward easily until you experience the most silent and peaceful level of your awareness.

The TM Course is held place over 4 consecutive days, each for 1.5 hours.
Day 1 is personal instruction in the TM technique. Days 2 to 4 – enable you to gain further insight, based on your experience of practicing TM at home. These three sessions can be attended either in person, in a small group session at the TM Centre, or at home with our interactive digital content and live video meetings.
