What happens when you meditate?

The TM technique allows your mind to easily settle inward, until you experience the most silent and peaceful level of your own awareness. It is completely different as it involves no concentrating or focusing, no trying to "empty the mind".

Larry Clarke learned TM in 1972 while teaching Economics at the University of New England. He became a Teacher of TM in 1976. This came after working on Research at Melbourne University where he realised that the development of creativity and intelligence both individually and collectively through TM was the only effective means for personal and community progress and prosperity.
Larry has taught TM to more than 5000 people from all kinds of backgrounds and has travelled to many countries.
